 Providing energy that is

Renewable

Reliable &

Affordable

Located approximately 5km north of Moama and the Murray River in regional NSW, the Moama Solar Farm developed by CleanPeak Energy was completed in April 2025. The 7.5MW photovoltaic electricity generating system comprises of more than 12,000 solar panels, ground-mounted on a single axis tracking system to follow the daily east-west movement of the sun.

In December 2025, a 20MWh BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) was commissioned on site, allowing for the storage of any excess electricity generated during the day.

The solar farm layout has been carefully designed to protect the environmental aspects of the site, minimise the removal of native vegetation and avoid areas of cultural sensitivity.
